SHIPPING

Outkast Sports offers free UPS ground shipping to online orders placed that exceed $99. These orders need to be place within the contiguous United States. This offer is not valid on international orders. Returned items will be charged the original shipping charges. Sale items do not qualify for free shipping. APO, FPO, and PO Boxes do not qualify for free shipping.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day (24 hours) from which the order was received. All orders must be approved by our fraud department(Please verify all information is correct before placing online order to ensure timely service). Outkast Sports reserves the right to suspend orders that are thought to be suspicious. Outkast Sports will only ship items to a verified billing address. Orders will only be delivered on normal business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays, keep this in mind when selecting 2nd day air or Next day air.

All items available for purchase on Outkast Sports website come from an instock inventory. From time to time that inventory can be thrown off. If you are in dire need of receiving an item by a certain date the best thing to do is call to ensure that item is in stock.

If we shipped you an item that was wrong or damaged, we will gladly issue a call tag or refund your prepaid return shipping charge.

RETURNS

Returns on merchandise must be made within 30 days of invoice or shipping date. Sale items are nonrefundable and can only be exchanged. A receipt or invoice is required for all returns. Items purchased online can be returned to our store in Vernon, NJ or can be shipped(refer to our return procedure if items are being returned by shipment).

All returned products need to be unused and resellable. Items need to contain all parts and be in its original undamaged packaging. Skateboard items cannot be mounted or skated to be returned. Snowboards cannot be tuned or mounted to be returned. Any claim for defective Skateboards, Snowboards, Snow skates and Surfboards will be handled on a case by case basis. Remember broken decks and pressure cracks are not defects. Any warranty issues should be addressed as a warranty issue not as a return. All items must be new, unused, unwashed and in resellable condition with all original tags attached. Items with any odor (cologne/perfume, smoke, deodorant, detergent) or any animal or human hair will not be accepted. Shoes/Boots must not be worn and must include original undamaged packaging. Walk around on carpet to see if shoes/boots fit. If they don’t fit, the bottoms won’t be dirty and you can send them back. Sunglasses must have no scratches and be in new unworn condition. Videos, DVD’s and CD’s must be unopened and in original packaging.

RETURN PROCEDURE (Online Sales)

1. Call Outkast Sports at 866-544-6763 or email returns@outkastsports.com with invoice number and reason for return. A RA# will then be assigned to you for the return. Do not try to ship a return without an RA#, the shipment will be rejected and the item will just come back to you.

2. Pack the product and include the packing slip or invoice. Write the RA # on the outside of the box. Boxes without an RA number will not be accepted. For your protection, (The US Postal Service has been terrible lately) we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or insured Parcel Post (for tracking purposes). Insurance is also available and is relatively inexpensive.

4. Once we have received the returned item we will issue a refund, store credit or replacement.

LAYAWAYS

Layaways are available for in-store purchases only. A 20% down payment is required to put any item on layaway. Layaway items must be paid off in full within 30 days of the original down payment.

Your privacy is important to us. Any information that Outkast Sports receives will NOT be shared with any third parties. You will receive promotional information from Outkast Sports ONLY. A request to be taken off our customer list can be made at anytime.
